Effective immediately, Lyon-Lincoln Electric Cooperative’s office lobby will be closed to the public due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will remain closed until further notice. The board and management of the cooperative have taken this step for the safety of our employees, our member-owners and the general public. Our employees will continue to meet our member-owner’s expectations by providing safe and reliable electricity.
Lyon-Lincoln Electric Cooperative will continue to take calls from members and respond to outages. The Cooperative drop box, located at the entrance of our east side parking lot, and our Post Office Box will be checked daily. Members have a variety of other options for payment and are encouraged to visit our website to use the “Pay Now” link at the top of the website or sign up for SmartHub.
SmartHub allows our members to view and pay their bill, receive important notifications and monitor electric usage online. If you have questions about signing up for SmartHub, please give the office a call and we can walk you through the process.
As an essential service provider, it is essential that we are prepared, and we hope this precautionary step helps in reducing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. If you plan or have the need to come to the office, please call and set up an appointment.
